Anti-climax...
Unfortunately due to a 'slight' hitch my op did not go ahead... It is now rescheduled for Jan 2006... I am disappointed - but it was better to be safe than sorry...
Unfortunately those things happen in this world. In the meantime, didn't you say that you had your needlework and book with you? Nice things to occupy your time. :-)
Oh SHARON - no...what an awful thing to happen, and here we were saying the other night how good it will be next week when you can breathe properly. You will get a card in the mail. Please do not open it until next January; that will teach me to be smart, getting a card to you on the day you would be coming home from hospital :-(
And I could not have come visiting yesterday as I went into the city to do business. And found a interesting (but expensive) postcard shop walking from Blackburn station (haven't done that before).
But I was thinking of you all the time - maybe I did it to you!
